We are currently seeking:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in supervising construction projects.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore and other related software.
  • Previous experience with perimeter security, force protection, fencing or barricades (preferred).
  • OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent); current First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • The position requires 100% travel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and able to solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people in different roles.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment
  • Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.
  • Ability to pass state and federal background check to access worksite locations.
  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
  • Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at times.
Responsibilities
  • Approves timecards and requests for time off.
  • Prepares work schedules and assignments.
  • Communicates and enforces safety procedures and site rules.
  • Supervises onsite crew(s) working in multiple areas simultaneously.

  • Coordinates purchase and delivery of material, supplies and equipment as needed for worksite
  • Develops three-week lookahead schedule and cost-effective plan for completion of all assigned projects.
  • Meets production goals per approved contract schedule.
  • Collaborate with project team, including project managers, clients, architects, engineers, government officials, and subcontractors to determine project needs.
  • Coordinates and schedules the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers.
  • Prepares and provides progress reports to Tusco, general contractors and Clients.
  • Ensures drawings, specifications, submittals and regulations outlined in contract documents are followed.
  • Conduct safety and quality control meetings/inspections.
  • Completes Daily Reports, JSAs, Toolbox Safety Meeting Checklists and any additional reports required per project contract.
  • Addresses any safety violations or other deficiencies.
  • Monitors budget throughout the project and communicates variances as they occur.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
