NEED CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT TO START IMMEDIATLY

Shift rotation 14 on 7 on
Flyin-out optional
Red-Seal Millwright or Welder Prefered
Duties to include but not limited to :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on the job site
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of construction projects
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed promptly
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to project managers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential risks
- Train new workers on job site procedures and safety protocols
Experience:
- Previous experience as a supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
-Strong mechanical trades-related training required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
