THIS LEADERSHIP ROLE WILL SEE YOU:

• Oversee the design, construction and operation of ventilation systems across the mining lease
• Develop strategic and tactical plans for ventilation and related facilities
• Drive risk assessment, change management and regulatory compliance
• Monitor system integrity to meet both operational and project development demands
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, embedding knowledge for succession and long-term capability
  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership in managing risks, incident investigations, and technical reviews, in operational or technical environments.
