QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related construction field.
  • Minimum 3 years of construction management or supervision experience, preferably in multifamily projects.
  • A track record of managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects to successful completion.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with construction management software and MS Office Suite.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day on-site activities for multiple projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met on time.
  • Cultivate strong connections with clients, architects, and vendors, driving future business and supporting Weis Builders’ continuous growth.
  • Supervise and direct on-site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
  • Enforce safety protocols, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, working closely with project managers to mitigate financial risks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing regular project updates and addressing any challenges.
