JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesperson with experience in supermarket or retail equipment sales. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the market, customer needs, and product specifications relevant to the industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2–4 years of experience in sales of supermarket or retail equipment (refrigeration, shelving, trolleys, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to sales
• Familiarity with the UAE market and local customer base
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

• Develop and maintain relationships with supermarkets, retailers, and commercial clients
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable display and refrigeration solutions
• Prepare and present quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
