Ezy Deanz Minimart, a thriving independent supermarket, part of Friendly Grocer / IGA, is seeking an experienced and motivated Supermarket Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, merchandising, and compliance
• Lead, roster, and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage budgets, wage costs, and sales reporting
• Coordinate stock control, supplier relationships, and promotions
• Ensure compliance with food safety and WHS standards

About You

• Previous supermarket or grocery management experience (IGA/Coles/Woolworths background highly regarded)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
• Hands-on approach with excellent customer focus
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
