• Oversee daily supermarket operations including sales, purchasing, inventory management, and staff coordination.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
• Introduce and manage technology-driven solutions for POS, inventory tracking, purchasing, and reporting systems.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare analytical reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Train, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
