JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Produce Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the freshness and quality of produce while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. The Produce Associate will play a vital role in maintaining inventory control, merchandising, and assisting customers with their selections.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in retail management or grocery store settings is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in inventory management, including stocking and pricing of products.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team supervisory roles.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and marketing principles.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the produce department.
