We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Manager to oversee our retail operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of retail management, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets across multiple locations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer
• Proven experience in retail management with a strong focus on sales management and customer service.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, and training.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Proficient in POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in grocery store operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on interpersonal interactions.

• Manage daily operations of the market, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, stocking, and inventory control to minimize shrinkage.
• Develop staff to enhance team performance and ensure high levels of customer service.
