Do you have a heart for helping others, a great sense of humor, and the skills to back it up? We’re on the lookout for a fantastic Support Worker to join our team and make a real difference — all while keeping things positive, empowering, and (yes!) fun.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be supporting amazing individuals with a range of disabilities in their day-to-day lives — helping with home tasks, encouraging independence, and maybe even sharing a laugh or two. This is a job for someone who’s practical, patient, and passionate about people.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Assisting with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, or organizing
• Supporting clients with different physical or intellectual disabilities in a respectful and person-centered way
• Offering caring and empowering personal support (as needed)
• Being a friendly companion and cheerleader for life’s small (and big) wins
• Helping maintain a safe, calm, and happy home environment
