Gestão de Equipe Comercial: Liderar e desenvolver um time de 8 a 10 vendedores, promovendo engajamento, disciplina e foco em resultados. Responsabilidade por Resultados: Ser o ponto focal pelos indicadores da equipe, como: Volume de litros transacionado Quantidade de contratos vendidos e ativados Receita gerada e volume financeiro Acompanhamento de Performance: Monitorar e discutir semanalmente os KPIs com a coordenação, como: Número de ligações realizadas Abertura de oportunidades Taxas de conversão Índices de contratos fechados vs. perdidos Maturidade comercial da equipe Feedbacks e Desenvolvimento: Realizar escutas nas PAs, aplicar feedbacks individuais e promover treinamentos contínuos. Sinergia com a Coordenação: Atuar em parceria com a liderança para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e desenhar planos de ação eficazes.
