JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Supervised ABA Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children, teens, or young adults diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. You will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the clients’ served.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with children, teens or adults, particularly those with autism or other developmental disorders.
  • Background in pediatrics, schools, or group homes is highly desirable.
  • Compassionate, fun, adaptable, reliable, and kind.
  • Comfortable with note taking and data collection.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, families, and team members.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and research in the field of ABA therapy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Child and Youth Work, Early Childhood Education
  • Preferred - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with children, autistic people, or other populations
  • Has a current vulnerable sector check
  • Has or is willing to obtain professional liability insurance
  • Has a valid drivers license

    Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
