SUPERVISEUR DES OPÉRATIONS (QUART DE SOIR) / OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (EVENING SHIFT)

Poste permanent sur le quart de soir (15h30 à minuit) à St-Eustache dans un environnement 3PL dynamique. Encadrez des équipes d’entrepôt, assurez la performance logistique et le lien client, tout en contribuant à l’amélioration continue et au respect des normes SST.

• Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries.
• Manage warehouse operations: receiving, picking, and shipping.
• Supervise activities and ensure order and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate deliveries, track WMS data, and manage supply flows.
• Manage and evaluate employee performance, organize work, and motivate teams.
• Provide employee training and support skills development.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards; investigate incidents/accidents.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational profitability projects.
• Manage the warehouse operations budget.
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment.
