HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Four Seasons Hotel Montreal is seeking an individual who shares our passion for excellence and is committed to creating memorable experiences for both our employees and our guests. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, high integrity, attention to detail, cultural awareness, and a guest-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assign daily tasks (room cleaning, breaks, special requests) to Room Attendants and Housekeeping Attendants, ensuring attendance and daily follow-up.
  • Receive, process, and coordinate requests from various channels (FS Messenger, Hotsos, phone, email).
  • Distribute and track supplies needed for guests and the team, informing management of any procurement needs.
  • Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet Four Seasons standards.
  • Train and supervise hourly employees, including performance management, conducting standard tests, and on-the-floor coaching.
  • Support the continuous improvement of service performance indicators (LQA, Forbes, Medallia).
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints with the highest level of professionalism, whether in person or through phone/technology (e.g., CHAT).
  • Handle emergency and safety situations quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
  • Ensure administrative compliance, including payroll procedures and internal policies (EmPact, Code of Conduct).
  • Work harmoniously with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform various operational tasks, such as assisting Room Attendants, moving furniture, and delivering requested items to guest rooms.
