City: Mont-Royal What you will do: À The Rec Room, les superviseurs ou superviseures des services de restauration et de divertissement sont des membres de premier plan des équipes sur lesquelles nous misons pour offrir à notre clientèle une expérience de divertissement exceptionnelle. Les responsabilités incluent, sans toutefois s’y limiter : Responsable de l’exécution de tout ce qui touche les Groupes et événements, le tout en offrant un service à la clientèle irréprochable. Assurer le bon déroulement des activités de jeux, de vente au détail et du vestiaire et informer le personnel et la direction du service de toute correction nécessaire à l’amélioration du service à la clientèle. S’efforcer d’atteindre les objectifs de vente tout en respectant le budget établi au cours des opérations quotidiennes. Compléter toutes les listes de contrôle quotidiennes, hebdomadaires et mensuelles, conformément aux exigences internes et externes (organismes de réglementation). Assurer la formation et le développement des membres du personnel selon le service auquel ils et elles appartiennent (bar, service en salle, accueil/centre d’appel, divertissement et événements et spectacles). Veiller à l’exécution sans faille de tout ce qui touche les jeux afin d’augmenter les gains financiers tout en maintenant les coûts à un niveau raisonnable. Tenir à jour les registres de paie et de présence conformément aux exigences législatives et à celles de The Rec Room. Respecter toutes les exigences législatives provinciales en matière de santé, de sécurité alimentaire et de service d’alcool. Toutes autres tâches qui vous seront confiées. Our amusement staff members are passionate about gaming and entertainment and look to bring their experience towards providing an exciting and engaging environment. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsible for executing Groups & Events within venue, providing seamless guest service. Responsible for maintaining the seamless operation of all games, coat check and retail operation within the Rec Room and providing feedback to the employees and Service Manager to improve the Guest Service experience. Strive to achieve sales targets while adhering to an established budget during day-to-day operations. Complete all daily, weekly, monthly checklists and according to internal and external (regulatory bodies) requirements. Deliver employee training and development for assigned area of responsibility (Bar, Service Floor, Host/Call Center, Amusement, Event Groups / Live Entertainment). Ensure gaming initiatives are executed accordingly to drive financial performance while keeping costs in line. Maintain payroll and attendance records in accordance with legislative and the Rec Room requirements. Follow all provincial Health, Food Safety and Liquor service legislative requirements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: The Rec Room may be a perfect fit for you if: You have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the food service, retail and / or amusement industry. Training experience will be considered an asset. You are able to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, as required. You have excellent leadership, communication, customer service, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
