Sous l’autorité de son supérieur hiérarchique, le/la superviseur finance : * Est responsable des audit internes et des procédures de l’établissement, * Supplée le/la comptable général dans les taches basiques, * Assiste le/la DOF pour toute analyse ou reporting. Les missions principales sont les suivantes : Missions quotidiennes : * Income audit : Vérification du Daily packet quotidien -> contrôle des écarts de paiements, de CA, des justificatifs de Rebate (rooms and F&B), bonvoy certifcate, Guarantee No Show, Complimentary * Cash reconciliation, * Utilisation de l’outil FIAT (Finance internal Audit Tool), system champion et vérification des validations par les differents responsables. Missions mensuelles : * Réconciliation des factures et suivi paiement Bonvoy * Suivi et réconciliation des factures commissions CTAC * Contrôle des A&L, * Assiste le DOF la mise à jour des Forecast mensuels. Missions Annuelles : * ISRA & Audit internes, * En lien avec audit internes, revue des SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) & L (local) SOP de l’ensemble des départements, * System champion on BirchStreet (purchase Information System) * Suppléer le comptable général dans les taches basiques (envoi factures clients, saisie factures fournisseurs, réconciliation banque pour la partie CB & client). Responsibilities

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for internal audits, establishing procedures, supporting the General Accountant with basic tasks, and assisting the Director of Finance (DOF) with analysis and reporting. Key daily duties include income audit verification, cash reconciliation, and utilizing the FIAT tool.
