EXIGENCES DU POSTE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Baccalauréat/DEC ou tout autre scolarité et expérience jugée pertinente pour le poste. Au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de leadership serait un atout.
- Bonne compréhension des activités d’entreposage et de transport
- Connaissance des systèmes ERP et d’Excel. Très bonne connaissance de SAP serait un atout. Power BI un atout.
- Forte aptitude à communiquer de façon proactive, régulière, consistante aussi bien parlé que par écrit.
- Connaissances fonctionnelles en français
- Connaissances fonctionnelles en anglais, ce poste nécessite des communications en anglais avec les équipes de Bell hors Québec et/ou ses fournisseurs, partenaires et clients hors Québec

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prioritize the health and safety of employees. Enforce and ensure that all team members adhere to Health and Safety standards and promote a preventive attitude on a daily basis.
- Supervise a team of logistics agents by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ensure to meet with each employee for feedback and development planning.
- Set clear objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals and production flow strategies.
- Ensure the execution of deliverables, daily priority management, and identify risk situations and potential problems, then ensure their resolution.
- Regularly monitor KPIs, understand trends, and implement plans to rectify issues as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment, ensuring the team meets production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain an adequate distribution of the workforce according to various sectors and internal client needs.
- Maintain an exemplary level of inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
- Also, maintain an optimal level of employee engagement and compliance with environmental standards and regulations such as CTPAT, CSA, PEP, ITAR, HAZMAT, vermin-proof containers, etc.
- Ensure the follow-up of all mandatory training.
- Ensure the maintenance of machinery and handling equipment.
- Ensure the optimization of daily operations and space, and propose improvement ideas.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree/DEC or any other education and experience deemed relevant for the position. At least 2 years in a leadership role would be an asset.
- Good understanding of warehousing and transportation activities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel. Very good knowledge of SAP would be an asset. Power BI is an asset.
- Functional knowledge of French and English. Strong ability to communicate proactively, regularly, and consistently both verbally and in writing.
