DEFINE REQUIREMENTS AND DEVELOP THE MANUFACTURING PLAN, SUCH AS:

• Training and qualification.
• Tooling, Fabrication, and assembly.
• Plant layout, environment, health and safety, ergonomics.
• Responsible for providing assembly workers with the appropriate work instruction sheet.
• Plan methods activities and track progress.
• Participate in benchmarking and best practices to ensure progression towards world-class standards.
• Coach your team (10-15 employees) to develop their talent within the organization.
