Ensure timely and proactive management of tax compliance, notices, and other statutory requirements. Close management of books accurately and on schedule as per the EY calendar. Coordinate with external auditors for timely completion of annual audits. Collaborate in preparing the annual financial plan. Further enhance accounting processes through automation. Mentor and counsel team members to support their growth and development into future leaders.   Skills and attributes for success   CA, ACCA, or equivalent. 4–8 years of experience in a reputable organization. High level of proficiency in SAP. Advanced expertise in Excel. Learning mindset, flexible attitude, and readiness to embrace change. Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills. Demonstrates integrity, respect, teamwork, and inclusiveness. Energetic, enthusiastic, and courageous in leadership. Builds relationships based on doing the right thing.   Ideally, you’ll also   Have experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
