JT Legal Group is seeking Attorneys who would like to gain invaluable experience at a Top Personal Injury Firm. We are looking to add to an already amazing team. “Come join us in reshaping the future”

Attorney Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring statute deadlines for personal injury, property damage, and governmental claims
  • Ensuring that the clients treatment plan of action is properly maintained
  • Meeting with the case managers to go over cases in pre-litigation to review that cases regarding treatment, liability, insurance coverage, client expectations, and any other issues.
  • Reporting to the CEO and managing attorney on a monthly basis with case progress on active treating cases
  • Providing legal support and guidance as needed
  • Meeting with clients at to discuss their case and address clients concerns
  • Educating clients about legal process and helping clients understand possible outcomes
  • Building trustworthy relationships with clients
  • Collecting retainers from clients
  • Strategizing on how to resolve the clients’ cases in a favorable and cost-effective manner
  • Staying up-to-date with current trends in the law and updates in current legislation
  • Preparing legal documents
  • Supervising the pre-litigation department case managers, directors, and attorneys
  • Setting monthly goals
  • Training new staff members joining their team
  • Collaboration with co-workers on ideas and new policy implementation

Skills Required:

  • Admittance to the bar requirements in the region of jurisdiction
  • California bar admittance required
  • Experience in personal Injury and personally injury treatment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Adaptability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on a case independently
  • Ability to work with a team of attorneys to develop strategies for a case
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally effectively
  • Excellent judgment skills and the ability to draw logical and reasonable conclusions from the information available to them
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to turn large amounts of information into manageable and usable data to be used for a case
  • Quick and effective research skills to prepare quality legal strategies for clients and perform in-depth research to support a case
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information effectively in various forms including through speaking and writing
  • Solid listening skills to effectively obtain all necessary information from clients and other people important to a case

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
