We are looking for an Electrician to join a growing, fast-paced team delivering high-quality electrical work across various sites.
This role offers an opportunity to blend hands-on expertise with leadership development. Initially, the position will be 80% on-the-tools and 20% supervisory, with a clear progression plan toward full-time supervision and eventually project manager.

Work will include a mix of day and night shifts, with occasional weekends. Compensation for unsociable hours includes:

  • Weekday nights: 4 x 10-hour shifts (Mon–Thurs, approx. 7pm–4am) paid at time and a third
  • Weekends: Paid at time and a half (Saturday & Sunday)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Gold ECS Card (Essential)
  • SSSTS (Preferred – training can be provided)
  • First Aid Certification (Preferred)
  • Access Equipment Training (Preferred)
  • Experience in data centre environments is a bonus
  • Full UK Driving License required
