Compass Associates are working closely with an esteemed Independent Fostering Agency to recruit an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their expanding team across the Berkshire and Greater London region. Seeking to maintain their ‘Good’ Ofsted rating, our client is seeking an individual to oversee a manageable caseload and contribute to the ongoing recruitment and retainment of foster carers.

THE CANDIDATE

A minimum of two years’ experience in fostering services is required for this role, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Fostering Regulation and National Minimum Standards. Our client is seeking an organized team-player to coordinate and support their caseload effectively, while at times undertaking other responsibilities including Form F assessments. The role itself includes an ‘out of hours’ rota and will therefore require both flexibility and drive. All applicants must hold a HCPC registration and a full, clean UK driver’s license with access to their own vehicle.
