THINGS YOU WANT TO KNOW

· Salary – starting from £50,000+ depending on experience + bonus.
· Working Hours -9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.
· Hybrid Working
· Holidays - 25 days holiday a year, + Christmas closure company wide.

Responsibilities

· Supervise and lead a team of Solicitors, Trainees, and Paralegals
· Promote a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
· Deliver high-quality, client-focused legal services
· Manage a caseload of complex children matters independently
· Conduct advocacy where appropriate, with scope to develop further
· Instruct counsel, agents, and experts clearly and effectively
· Provide strategic, clear, and practical legal advice to clients
· Ensure compliance with regulatory, procedural, and file management standards
· Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and support development
· Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
· Participate in supervision, audits, and departmental planning
