JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking two dedicated supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, above 18 and wlling to get pro-serve. This role involves overseeing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Supervisor will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining the overall efficiency of the store.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience is preferred but training will be provided
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in POS systems, cash handling
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a remote location. Elkwater is a provincial park lcated 41 minutes from medicine hat. There is housing available from September to April.

  Pay: From $17.50 per hour
  Expected hours: 40 per week
