Amorino Gelato is hiring! Our world-famous all-natural gelato brings in excited customers from all over. Our team is trained in creating beautiful gelato roses and the best Italian coffee you can find!
This position contributes to Amorino Gelato’s success by providing excellent service to all customers. This job assists us in creating the ‘Amorino Experience’ for our customers by providing the best, cleanest, and safest environment.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
· Supporting store managers with assigned weekly operational and administrative tasks
· Manage store cash handling procedures.
· Handle inventory responsibilities that include organizing and receiving orders.
· Pleasantly engage with customers to ensure an outstanding experience.
· Follow and instruct the team on health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
· Reinforce team goals through open communication and existing organizational methods. Relay progress to trainer and store manager as necessary.
· Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
· Maintaining a positive, clean, and safe environment for both your guests and the team.

EXPERIENCE

1+ years of supervisor or manager experience
1+ years of food service experience
Basic Qualifications
· Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
· Maintain high energy, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
· Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays (need time off though? We got you!)
· Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
· Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
· Be a fast learner, build relationships, and pleasantly engage customers.
Pay Rate: $13.00/hour + $4-$6 tips/hour (We guarantee $19/hr!)
