Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Manage Quality control operation (IQC, IPQC, OQC…) * Manage a group of quality technicians, inspectors, operators. * Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. * Directs subordinates on day-to-day basis to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies. * Understands and follows guidance to ensure work is performed efficiently. Can make decisions within normal operating conditions. * Implement quality engineering documentation for new or revised products. * Translate quality engineering documents into Vietnamese as required supporting Quality (Works instruction, Inspection sheet, Operation form). * Recommend and implement improvements to quality processes, methods, and controls. * Establish quality standard operating procedures for current or newly improved processes. * Participate in Lean, Six-sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and yield enhancement activities. * Follow, monitor quality planning. * Develop skill-set training program of quality operators.
