We are now recruiting for the position of Supervisor for our busy coffee shop in East Midlands Designer Outlet.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have at least 1 years’ supervisory experience and Barista experience within the coffee hospitality environment
• We require an inspirational leader with infectious personality and (ideally) good coffee knowledge to help in the support the day-to-day running of the store
• Have a proven ability to build and train a team to manage a high volume outlet
• Be organised, hard-working and reliable
• Must be able to lift 15kg minimum for deliveries
• Be flexible and highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team
• Be an excellent communicator, and have experience of training other staff members
• Understanding of stock control and completing stock takes
• Understanding of wage management
• Understanding of food preparation
• Ensuring all orders and deliveries are received and checked correctly
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high volume environment and adapt quickly to changes
• To assist in all operational aspects and ensure a smooth running of shifts whilst providing exceptional customer service at all times
• To assist the general manager in shift management
• To adhere to all company policies and procedures
