SUPERVISOR – TEMPORARY 6 MONTHS

Lethbridge Family Services (LFS) is seeking a supervisor to join our team in Home Services! This position contributes to the delivery of quality client care through the support and supervision of a team of health care aides.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• a degree or diploma with a major in business administration, health care administration, nursing, or practical nursing. Current, active registration with a professional licensing body (CLPNA, CARNA) is considered an asset,
• a minimum of 5 years of experience in the health care field (experience as a health care aide is considered an asset),
• excellent organizational and administrative skills, and
• excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
