Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift CNC Supervisor to oversee our CNC machining operations during the evening hours. The ideal candidate will manage a team of CNC operators, ensure production schedules are met, uphold quality standards, and promote safety on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the evening activities of CNC operators on the 2nd shift. Plan and prioritize work orders to meet production deadlines. Monitor CNC machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs as needed. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment. Maintain quality standards by inspecting parts and implementing quality control procedures. Train, mentor, and evaluate CNC operators to improve skills and productivity. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges. Understand how to setup and operate various CNC Machines. Maintain accurate production documentation and reports. Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and efficiency. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years proven experience supervising CNC machining operations, in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of CNC programming, operation, and maintenance. Familiarity with programing software is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Commitment to safety and quality standards. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferred. Working Conditions: Second shift hours, typically 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM Monday through Friday. Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
