We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all customers.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Foxford Shop including cashing up & locking up procedures.
  • Pushing to reach and exceed all KPI’s.
  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience through expert sales support and service.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to offer tailored product recommendations.
  • Effectively present and merchandise products to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Stay informed about product details, features, and benefits to assist customers confidently.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to the highest visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
  • Oversee stock levels, ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organised.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold operational excellence.
