This is your role

In the role of Supervisor Accounting & Reporting, you lead a team of (Senior) Accounting & Reporting Assistants. You are responsible for various compilation activities and (supportive) advisory work.

Within our Rotterdam office, a large part of our client portfolio is internationally oriented. This means that you frequently work for various international clients from different sectors within the larger SME market. You maintain direct contact with these international clients, identify their needs, and recognize emerging opportunities. In this way, you stay well informed about the challenges our clients face and can make valuable contributions that align with their needs.

This is your team

Our Accountancy & Advisory team in Rotterdam consists of approximately 10 colleagues. The team is diverse in composition and background. From young to old, from assistant to accountant-advisor, from specialist to generalist. This allows us to learn from each other, inspire each other, but above all, enjoy our work.

The clients we serve often consist of regional (family) businesses, including event companies, real estate management and development, wholesale companies, (ICT) service providers, and medical service providers. In addition to annual accounts and tax returns, we provide them with advisory services, for example in the areas of business succession, financing, administration, or reporting.

This is your workplace

RSM Rotterdam is located in a modern building, around the corner from the Kralingse Plas and the Alexandrium shopping center. It is easily accessible by public transport, and by car, you can quickly reach various arterial roads. In Rotterdam, you will work with approximately 60 colleagues from the Tax and Accountancy departments.
