Military encouraged to apply. Job Description Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable Encoding function. Essential Functions 1. Supervise and provide daily direction to the team, including hiring, coaching, training, and conducting performance evaluations 2. Review and approves vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policy 3. Support the development of procedures, participate in system enhancement testing, and implement updates to maintain compliance 4. Monitor and communicate KPIs to the AP Manager to track performance, productivity, and process efficiency 5. Oversee vendor maintenance, including onboarding, record updates, and compliance documentation to ensure accurate and reliable vendor data 6. Respond to department related inquiries via email and phone call 7. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level 8. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures 9. Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications We are seeking applicants with a local presence in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding communities.
