Where no two days are the same? EMSS are looking for a permanent replacement for a transactional finance supervisor due to a recent promotion, to join and manage a busy and changing team! EMSS are going through an exciting period of growth and this opportunity has arisen in the Accounts Receivable Transactional team. About the Role Reporting into the AR Team Leader, this role is responsible for the supervision of 5 administrative clerks. You will be responsible for supporting the team leader in overall team performance, ensuring the team continue to provide a valuable service to both partners and continue to meet SLA requirements. The role requires you to drive the service forward by reviewing and improving processes, being involved in projects and providing regular support to the team. The role requires you to act as an escalation point for all transactional finance queries whilst working closely with both internal and partner colleagues, as well as dealing with customers and service users. About You To apply for this post, you must: Experience within a transactional finance role Work well under pressure, demonstrating the ability to meet conflicting deadlines Ability to converse at ease with varying levels of management and customers A clear understanding of the order to cash process and where transactional finance fits into that picture Have shown prior experience in managing workloads and meeting critical deadlines Ability to be “hands on” as a member of the team as well as acting as a supervisor Ability to converse at ease with varying levels of management and customers You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
