We are seeking an engaging Supervisor Administration to join the team.

Reporting to the Manager Operational Excellence, you will:

  • Actively lead direct reports across our Operations to ensure activities meet all health, safety, and environmental requirements, and assist in risk mitigation
  • Lead the Administration Team to provide effective and efficient administrative support to Operations
  • Supervise, coach, and advise team members on administration best practices, processes, and procedures, providing direction, purpose and performance feedback
  • Foster a team culture of continuous improvement by encouraging identification of cost reduction initiatives, production efficiency projects and process improvements
  • Establish and maintain rapport with stakeholders throughout the business and beyond the site boundaries
  • Manage and maintain RTIO databases including operational SharePoint pages and information directories
  • Support site initiatives as required for site wide events such as VIP Visits and Family Days

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS ROLE

  • Be proactive with a commitment in driving a safe, supportive, and inclusive team culture in line with our core values
  • Have leadership experience and be confident in developing and coaching teams
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple programs of change/continuous improvement
  • Strong administration background is essential
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hold a current “C Class” WA Manual Driver’s License
