Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a pro-active Retail Supervisor to join the team in London, reporting directly to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the first international Flagship store whilst delivering an exceptional brand experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Proven ability to build, lead and motivate high performing teams
• Pro-active and motivated individual with an ability to take initiative
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills as well as good decision-making abilities in high pressure situations

• Support store management with the efficient running of the shop floor, overseeing tasks relating to inventory management, visual merchandising and daily reporting
• Ensure team compliance with company procedures and policies
• Exhibit excellent organisational skills to effectively plan and execute daily operations set out by the management team
• Optimise store and team performance through frequent training sessions
