Supervisor AM Responsibilities: Oversee the daily work of a team or department Ensure productivity and resolve issues Assign duties Monitor employee performance Train new hires Relay information between their team and upper management Guide their team through daily work activities or projects Skills and Qualifications: Must be dependable and reliable. Develop and maintain positive working relationships. Able to work in fast-paced environment, follow instructions and use manual or electric appliances. Good math and reading skills and some computer skills required.
