In conjunction with the role as senior technician, manage and maintain inventory in truck and on scene. Utilize proper protective equipment and judgment on crime and hoarding scenes. Maintain confidentiality of the client on all scenes. Tasks also include but not limited to the following: 1. Organize and Supervise staff on job site and strategize the work day 2. Get all appropriate paperwork signed by the client for the job upon completion 3. Interact with client and report all issues to management 4. Keep tracking of all work times of staff 5. Perform thorough walkthroughs of each job during initial stages 6. Perform on-site training for all new staff members 7. Monitor & Ensure safety of all staff members at all times 8. Enforce all company Privacy Policies on site at all times Qualifications and Education Requirements High School Diploma, MUST successfully pass a Federal Background Check & Drug Screening, valid driver’s license and car insurance, ability to pass BOTS, Blood Borne Pathogen Required Skills Ability to work in hot, humid conditions for extended hours; able to lift household items/furniture; strong stomach, capable of operating around pungent odors, blood, feces, bodily fluids, insects (to include maggots, spiders, bed bugs, roaches, rodents etc.); strong work ethic, extraordinary attention to detail and ability to stay on task without distraction or supervision. Able to wear full face, half face or N95 respirators and full PPE for extended periods of time. Ability to train all new staff while working as well. Additional Notes All applicants must possess a fully functional and reliable smart phone, as well as reliable mode of transportation. Must also be available on-call 24/7 with capability of (infrequent) on-call work for late hours, weekends and holidays. Bio-One Winston Salem is a 24/7/365 operation.
