Responsibilities
  • Lead the Application Support team in developing solutions and process improvements that support organizational objectives.
  • Oversee project execution, coordinate team activities, and ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the maintenance and enhancement of operational technologies and applications, including but not limited to Geographic Information System (GIS), Asset Management, Workforce Management, AVL, and Outage Management systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in strategic road mapping to align activities with long-term business goals.
  • Provide support to other Operations groups as needed
