Role Overview:
The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining the restaurant’s Michelin standards.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and able to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced fine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support front-of-house operations during service.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by upholding service standards and handling any concerns promptly.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver professional and personalized service.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor floor operations, reservations, and table management.
  • Assist in maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Report to the Restaurant Manager and support in achieving operational goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Previous Michelin-star or high-end restaurant experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic (preferred) and English (required).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
