ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at our London site (E14 5JP). This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across shifts between 6:00am and 7:00pm.
This role is ideal for someone who has previous barista experience and is confident in taking on leadership responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and serving coffee and beverages
• Operating the till and assisting customers
• Supporting the restaurant team during quieter periods at the coffee bar
• Opening and closing the coffee bar (once trained)
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Completing paperwork, including HACCP documentation
• Overseeing till operations and ensuring product updates are accurate
• Following PPDS (Prepacked for Direct Sale) requirements
