Job Summary Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Supervisor de Producción ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte. Reportando al Gerente de Producción, responsable de administrar una línea de producción, realizando el correcto uso de los recursos humanos, materiales, maquinarias y tiempo para la correcta ejecución de los planes de producción. Como es un día en el trabajo: Seguimiento al plan de producción diario y cumplimiento hora por hora. Administración y desarrollo del personal a cargo. Análisis de cuellos de botella y resolución efectiva de problemas operativos. Monitoreo de indicadores clave: scrap, yields, performance. Aplicación de metodologías de mejora como TML y uso de Core Tools. Cumplimiento de normas de seguridad industrial. Cierre de órdenes de trabajo. Comunicación efectiva y liderazgo. La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo: Ingeniería o alguna experiencia relacionada. Experiencia en Bajo y Alto Volumen. Conocimiento en manejo y cuidado de superficies clase A, B y C. Conocimiento básico en la industria metalmecanica seria un plus. Conocimientos en punzonado, doblado, inserción seria un plus. Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing. Conocimiento de los sistemas de control de producción y calidad (Series, flujos, trazabilidad). Manejo de personal. Manejo de Excel general. 5s Disponibilidad de horario.
