Now, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Bar Supervisor and Manager to lead our brilliant team and keep the good vibes flowing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the barista crew and keeping energy high during shifts
• Making sure every customer feels like a VIP
• Keeping stock topped up (because nobody likes running out of milk!)
• Ensuring the bar stays clean, tidy, and ready to impress
• Making sure every coffee and bite we serve meets our top-notch standards
• Dealing with feedback and turning tricky moments into happy endings
• Helping train, schedule, and support our awesome team
• Overseeing cash handling and daily takings (you’ll be trusted with the important stuff!)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading in a coffee shop or hospitality setting
• A people-person with great communication skills
• Someone who loves coffee (the smell of fresh beans makes you smile)
• Cool under pressure and great at juggling tasks
• Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
