SUMMARY %0AThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and will coordinate efforts with production teams in order to achieve the planned work and production goals.%0A%0AESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES%0A- Coordinate Operations activities between hangars.%0A- Coordinate Operations activities between shifts.%0A- Perform hangar audits.%0A- Provide technical support as required.%0A- Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions.%0A- Ensure overall customer satisfaction.%0A- Travel may be required.%0A- All other duties as assigned.%0A%0ASUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES %0ACarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required. Must possess a current and active FAA A&P License.
