A&W is seeking a Supervisor who can multi task in a fast-paced environment while leading their team to deliver the ultimate guest experience. This successful candidate will be responsible for providing hot food served fast while keeping a safe, clean and sanitized work environment. We are looking for someone that takes pride in the presentation and quality of the food they serve to keep our guests coming back for more!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
  • Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be team oriented and lead by example
  • Full online and hands on training provided for Management development
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service
