Job Description Supervisor München Are you hands-on, a true team player, and do you already have some leadership experience? For our store at München Airport, we are looking for a Supervisor who fits the description below. Push boundaries as a Supervisor As a Supervisor, you will be jointly responsible, together with the Shop Manager, for leading the team at München Airport. This fun and stable team consists of all-rounders in our electronics store. Together with this team, you ensure the store is in perfect order and that all passengers are helped in a friendly and professional manner. You’ll be constantly planning, organizing, motivating, and coaching. So, there’s no lack of communication skills or enthusiasm on your end! As you can imagine, München Airport is a vibrant location where no two days are the same. That’s why it’s important that you don’t have a 9 to 5 mentality and are comfortable with flexibility. We’re open every day of the year (yes, that includes Sundays and holidays!) between 06:00 and 22:00, so your shifts will fall within these hours. You enjoy switching gears quickly and adapting to changing situations because every day brings something new. Not afraid of a challenge? Then München Airport might just be the place for you! Qualifications This is you: You are available full-time (37,5 hours); You have 2–3 years of relevant retail experience as an Assistant Shop Manager / Supervisor; You’re able to reach the airport at all times; Commercial thinking and acting come naturally to you; You are proficient in the English language and in German. Responsibilities
