Job Description Retail leadership at Oslo Airport is dynamic, international and performance-driven. At Capi Oslo, we are looking for a supervisor who leads with confidence, builds strong teams and ensures excellent results in a fast-paced airport environment. About the Role As supervisor, you work closely with the store manager and fellow supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent commercial performance. You are responsible for: • Leading the team during shifts and setting the standard on the shop floor; • Driving sales performance across turnover, key KPIs and customer satisfaction; • Coaching colleagues to improve confidence, product knowledge and sales technique; • Maintaining operational control in a high-traffic airport setting; • Ensuring service standards reflect the premium brands we represent. This is a visible leadership role. You lead by example and create structure, clarity and momentum on every shift.
