What you’ll do Together with the Shop Manager, you’re one of the driving forces behind the team. You work with a close group of all-round colleagues who keep our store running smoothly. Your role is to bring structure: you create schedules, organize daily operations, motivate team members, and provide coaching whenever needed. Munich Airport is open 365 days a year, from 05:30 AM to 21:00 PM. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays are part of the role.
