For our store at Brussels Airport, we are looking for a commercially driven supervisor who can actively influence store performance and team results. As a supervisor, you work closely with the store manager and a fellow supervisor, sharing responsibility for the daily operations and commercial performance of the store in a fast-paced airport environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you take full ownership of the store during your shift, driving both operational excellence and sales results. Your responsibilities: Lead the team during your shift and set the tone on the shop floor in service, energy, and commercial focus. Coach and support colleagues to strengthen product knowledge, confidence, and sales skills. Take ownership of the store and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced airport environment. Drive sales performance through turnover, KPIs, basket size, and customer satisfaction. Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the quality of the brands we represent. Working hours Brussels Airport is a vibrant environment, this means that you need to be comfortable with flexibility. Our stores are open every day of the year between 04:00 and 22:00, including weekends and holidays. Your shifts will fall within these hours.
