We are looking for energetic, confident and genuinely friendly Team Leader / Supervisor to join the team in our 30 Battersea Rise, BabaBoom.
As Team Leader you will help to proactively lead and motivate the team to deliver top quality customer service on every shift while keeping spirits high. Support with training and development, stock control and ordering so you are set up for success. You need to have a previous experience and confidence in managing a team. We also want you to be a role model in delivering first class customer service, take responsibility in leading peak shifts and get involved in developing the rest of the team.
