Bang Cookies is looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Store Supervisor to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about food, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service, this is your opportunity to shine.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a valid NYCDOH Food Handler’s License
  • Open availability including weekends and holidays
  • Prior experience in the food or hospitality industry (1+ year preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow—potential to advance into Assistant Manager role
  • Ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive interactions.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks related to payroll and scheduling is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and smooth workflow
  • Supervise and guide bakery staff during shifts
  • Lead by example with outstanding customer service
  • Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
  • Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Motivate and train team members to uphold store standards and performance goals
  • Contribute ideas and efforts to help drive sales and customer engagement
  • Communicate effectively with management and staff
  • Ensure cookies are properly baked and served
  • Prepare and serve beverages (coffee and lemonades)
  • Time management throughout the shift
