Trevose golf and county club is a well established golf course in Constantine Bay, Cornwall. We are recruiting for a bar/restaurant supervisor to join our team. (min 1 year appointment)

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing and motivational personality
• Previous experience
• Ability to work under pressure

Job role as supervisor

• Cashing up
• Train, manage and motivate staff
• Meet and greet customers , organise table reservations and offer advise about the menu and wine choices
• Ordering stock
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and standards throughout the bar and restaurant
• Rotas
